I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018. Since then, I have spent six years working on US audit engagements — supporting CPA firms and international audit teams with workpapers, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and audit support across multiple industries and jurisdictions.
Before that, and running in parallel, I spent over a decade managing Indian accounting and tax compliance — GST, TDS, income tax, ROC filings, payroll — for businesses ranging from startups to mid-size enterprises. I understand the Indian regulatory environment from the inside, not from a textbook.
I also spent two years implementing and supporting Workday Financial Management for enterprise clients — configuring finance modules, building reports, and troubleshooting reconciliations for organisations that had just completed a Workday go-live.
I launched Ledgraco because I saw the same problem repeatedly: CPA firms and international businesses were trying to find someone who could handle the technical work — not manage it at arm's length, but actually do it — and who understood both sides of the equation. Not many people do.
Ledgraco is deliberately focused. We work on offshore accounting and audit support for CPA firms. We do not try to be a full-service BPO, a technology company, or a staffing platform. Every engagement is led by me. Every deliverable is reviewed by me before it reaches your team.

Xero Advisor Certification covering bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and Xero ecosystem tools — qualifying for work on Xero-based client engagements.
You know exactly who is doing the work. Dinesh Talreja is the engagement lead on every client file — not a junior resource managed remotely. That is a deliberate choice, not a constraint.
Six years in US audit means deliverables are prepared the way an auditor thinks about them — documented, traceable, and ready for review. Not bookkeeping that needs to be reworked before it can be audited.
